Aligning the Watch Hands

Battery was fully charged yesterday, and today morning I have different digital time and different watch hands.....this happens at least once every month.
I send them to repair - no problem was found.

I have the same problem, it started about months ago and I got the same behavior twice. But I don’t have a warranty :( What should I do?

I have chcecked the Manual included in box and there is written: You have to manualy allign the watch hands
