I keep having half of night missing. At least once a week, sometimes twice a week there is no HR or breathing data recorded half the night, as a result sleep data inaccurate, as there was no tracking at all.
Are you wearing your watch too loose? Do you sleep with lots of movement so it might happen that your watch gets somehow moved in way it can't measure your HR?
My Vivomove Luxe randomily turns HR scanning etc. to "activity mode", therefore sometimes it scan only half of the night, sometimes it doesn't scan during night at all and sleep statistics are missing. Definitely a bugged software.
I heard elsewhere (not confirmed) that the watch will only track a 4 hour period to save batteries. Can you check to see if your sleep data is exactly 4 hours? That would suggest it's not a fit issue but a feature/bug.
