I got my Vivomove Luxe yesterday and some things are not impressing me. The bluetooth connection seems particulary poor with the watch disconnectiing and reconnecting less than 5m from the phone. Is this the general experience?

I have the same problem with mine. Connect/reconnect all the time. If I put the phone in my right backpocket it starts reconnect/connect constantly. Also have a Fenix and a Descent and there is no problems…
Same for me. Disonnect / connect multiple times a day. Follows no pattern.
Works fine for me (Luxe + OnePlus 6 Android 9); even syncing works for me when being ~10m away from the phone with two walls in between.

The new 3.40 update helps address this a bit, but still room for improvement.

I have the same problem. all the time. I got new watch but problem is still.
Same here, every other day the watch will not reconnect to the phone unless I plug in the charging cable. which seems to reset it. (v 3.40)
My old vivomove HR did not have this problem. Garmin, please fix this in future firmware updates!
