VivoMove HR My light on the back is always on - HELP!

My VivoMove HR My light on the back is always on and heart reading is not working, besides battery run off very quickly because of this. I tried everything suggested in this forum, like factory reset, software update, etc, and problem continue.

What else can I do to fix this problem?

Same problem here! The battery only lasts a few hours, so I can't use it.anymore.

I just worked through the GARMIN chat, restored to factory defaults. Everything works, but those three green laser readers in the back stay on and drain it within 4 hours. My watch is useless now.
