My vivoactive HR does not chgarge

 While tracking my activity, My Vivoactive HR watch showed "Low Battery" message & eventually shut down. In the past, I could simply connect the watch to the charger, charge the watch, reboot & be in business and recover the logged activity via Garmin Connect. However today, consistently, it's showing this battery charge sign & , if connected via Laptop's (Windows 10) USB port, make connect-disconnect sound. Can't get it to reboot at all. This sign doesn't show up in the user manual. Any ideas how to get out of this & properly charge & reboot the watch?  Thanks.
