how do i uppdate my VivoMove HR

I have charge it and connected it to bluetooth but when i unplug it it dies.

so how do i uppdate it if thats is the problem.

it son ends up in the trachcan.

Hello! Have you synced the watch with Garmin Express on your computer? If not, can I have you try that and see if the issue remains?
