Activities not syncing

Can I get a warranty replacement for my watch if it does not sync the activities? I have had multiple issues with this since I purchased this watch and am constantly having to manually add in my activities details, which completely defeats the purpose of having this watch. I have tried everything in order to get it to sync, with no success. I am frustrated and disappointed.

HI there! Are you syncing through the app or the computer? Are you getting any sort of error? If you are syncing with the phone can you tell me what type of phone you are using? Are you seeing a green dot in the app at the top right corner?

Hi!

Thank you for your response. I am syncing through the app. I have tried to do it through garmin express on my computer but my computer does not recognise my device. I have an Iphone XS and i do have the green dot in the top right hand corner above where the watch symbol is.

Is this a new device? Were you able to get this device to sync through Express previously? Have you completely removed the device from the app and added it back? Have you tried a reset to the device as a last resort?
