Activities not syncing

Can I get a warranty replacement for my watch if it does not sync the activities? I have had multiple issues with this since I purchased this watch and am constantly having to manually add in my activities details, which completely defeats the purpose of having this watch. I have tried everything in order to get it to sync, with no success. I am frustrated and disappointed.
