My sleep recording is not correct. It says I sleep 9-11 hrs a day and I sleep 5-6 hours a day. Suggestions on how to fix this problem and I have a vivomove hr. I have messed with the wake/bedtime and that did not work.
For the love of God... If sleep tracking is important, stay away from Garmin!! Useless.. Watching TV, brushing teeth etc = REM sleep
