Vivomove hr not showing anything on led screen after update

I woke up this morning to a blank screen.. the watch is not damaged and I still received vibrations from alerts etc but I just can’t see a thing on my screen, I’m sure there was a notification about this when I opened my app this morning but I quickly shut it down without reading this as I was at work and wondering did anyone else get a notification or has this happened to them... can anyone help me out on how to fix it?
