GPS keeps on "wait for GPS"

Hello,

Every workout that I try to track with the GPS in my vivosmart HR+ keeps on "wait for GPS". I have almost never been able to use the GPS.

What should I do to solve this issue? I would like to use the GPS because this smartwatch does not offer too much of helping features and one of the only helping features is the GPS, so if it does not work, I just have a "fancy" watch.

No :/ I didn’t even get an answer from Garmin customer service and it is a shame spending 100$ in a sports watch to leave it in your drawer

Same problem, no solution.
Simply epo.bin disappears from the REMOTESW directory, and nobody knows the cause.
When the file accidentally remains, once in ten, once in twenty, then the GPS returns to work.
