I do F45 classes (HIIT/cross training) and just wondering what activity is best to use on the VIvomove HR? I've been using Cardio, but then when it synchs to Strava it records my TIme, Avg HR and Distance (which is not appropriate for an F45 class - it's like it thinks I've been for a short but intense run!) I thought maybe this was just a Strava glitch, but my friend who also has a Garmin (different model) synchs to Strava after F45 and hers records Time, Avg HR and Calories (which is more appropriate). Any ideas?
