Touch screen not very reactive and screen doesn't turn on when I move wrist

I have a vivo move 3s the screen doesn't turn on when I move my wrist towards my face. Also is very hot and miss with double tapping to turn on screen and widgets probably works 4/10 times. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello, when you say the device is hot. Can the device not be worn. Is it only hot when charging? It is not normal for the device to be hot.

i'm having the same issue, straight out of the box, after charging, touch screen is not very responsive and hand gesture rarely work

is this how a 200$+ smart watch works?

how do i fix it?

Hi there. Can you be sure the device is up to date. You can sync the device with Garmin Express then can you tell me how your device is performing,

Hi!

I had the same Issue and then I saw that apparently my Garmin was in Night Mode which makes the Watch less reactive.
