Unable to connect to phone GPS

Hi, I see there are a few posts with this issue, but none seem to have a solution!

I’ve had my Vivomove 3s for over a year and it’s never been able to connect to phone GPS (message on my watch “unable to connect to phone GPS”)

Any solutions?
