Unable to connect to phone GPS

Hi, I see there are a few posts with this issue, but none seem to have a solution!

I’ve had my Vivomove 3s for over a year and it’s never been able to connect to phone GPS (message on my watch “unable to connect to phone GPS”)

Any solutions?

Hello! I am posting the link to connect the phone GPS. After following these steps, Are you getting the error? If so, can I have you sync the device with the computer application Garmin Express. After this is completed, please unplug the device and reset the device to factory settings (starting the watch from new) You can then unpair and repair the device to the phone and please try connecting to the phone GPS.

Hi, I have dowloaded the Garmin Express but despite I have plugged my Watch on my laptop, it doesn't find it

I'm having the same problem my laptop cannot see my vivomove 3s. I dont have an ant stick just the USB cable
