Vivofit Jr. 3 freezes, update didn't fix it

Hi,

We purchased a Garmin Vivofit Jr.3 for our daughter 11 months ago, it has been working well until a few days ago.

It now only shows the time and won't respond to the button on the side. Restart doesn't help, syncing doesn't help. Every time the notification comes up the watch switches to it and keeps beeping, pressing the button won't help either.

Please contact me and suggest what we do. My daughter is upset and we are not very happy considering the price we paid for the watch.

Now the side button is totally unresponsive, the watch can't be synced with the app, shows the wrong time and completely useless. The watch has not even been used a year.

Same here. We have two Vivofit Jr. 3 watches, both were updated to software version 2.70. For a few days everything worked fine. Since today, the clock freezes are back again.

We have the same problem, it freezes every time she gets a goal and its only 4 months old. Not impressed by seeing how many people have the same issue.
please help us solve this issue

Hello, have you had any resolution with this? My daughter's watch (software version 2.80) keeps rotating through the screens and beeps every so many seconds. It is temperamental in syncing. I am not sure what to try
