Hi, I recently bought a vivofit jr 3 for my daughter. Every night at about 7.30 the clock face “freezes”. The hour and minute hands seem to swap position and then it stops telling time. It has done this every day since we bought. I had tried unpairing/repairing etc but it seems stuck. Is this faulty hard ware, software glitch or something else?
