Chore alarm deletes on app but still goes off on device

I’ve deleted the chores on my sons watch and synced the device but they keep going off - it is driving us nuts since there are 7 of them!

Hello! If the alarms are still going off. Can you please remove the device from the app then pair it back and sync.
