Arm and wrist pain

I see on this forum that people three years ago were complaining about wrist and arm pain with Garmin watches. I have been wearing my Vivofit4 for about 2 years. My wrist has been sore off and on for much of this time. I have often suspected my watch and have worn the band very loosely to make sure that this isn’t the cause. I never wear my watch when I sleep. I still feel the pain in my wrist and my elbow. It’s a deep pain, like an ache in the muscles by my joints. Last weekend, I woke up to a deep pain in my shoulder.  I did a search for this issue online and saw here that many people have complained about this!  So I stopped wearing the watch and the pain has mostly gone away this week.  But I still haven’t heard the reason why this happens to some people.  I’m not encouraged to wear my watch again. I’m curious what Garmin has found out about this over the last three years
