vivofit 4 Time

Brand new Vivofit 4 and the time does not match my iPhone.  Current local time 3.54pm.  Time on the Garmin is 1.26 am (AM I think).  Synched and connected via Bluetooth.

Batteries shouldn’t be a problem and no warnings about low battery.  Took them out anyway and put them back in and no change.

Uninstalled the Connect App and removed the Vivofit 4 from Bluetooth and reinstalled and reconnected and still no change to the date.

Tried everything on the iPad too and just the same.

Anyone got any ideas please?
