Daughter has vivofit4. I’m setting alarms but they aren’t going off.
Not sure if it’s related but I’m also having to click the time an hour later for it to be on the correct time. E.g I have to set 7.40 to get an alarm for 6.40 which then doesn’t go off or make a noise.
It was working fine previously. Can anyone help please?
