My vivofit 4 is not tracking REM sleep. Does anyone else have this problem?

My Vivofit 4 shows no REM sleep ever. Is this a known problem?

Same problem here. Just got my vivofit 4 two days ago.

The vivofit 4 doesn't have a heart rate sensor, and one is required to identify REM phases. So the vivofit 4 does not support REM.
