What does the large triangle symbol mean?

I changed battery and now my vivofit 3 will not sync my activity data. It begins to but then a large triangle appears on the watch and syncing stops. What does the triangle mean and what can I do to fix. I’ve checked Bluetooth connection; shut off moth phone and watch… nothing seems to work.

Hi there! The triangle means its resetting. Can you take the battery out again for 10 min then put it back in. Then remove the device from the app and add it back.
