Vivofit 4 not visible with Bluetooth on new Samsung S20 FE.

I have tried to pair many times.

I have a Garmin Ant stick, but that doesn't appear to be picking up the vivofit 4on Window 10 either.

Restarting Bluetooth on the phone (several times) hasn't picked up the vivofit, but it does see many other bluetooth devices in the area. I have paired other devices (including my car) with the phone, so the phone is not the problem.

What other tricks can I try?

FINAL: I had to remove the watch device from the Garmin Connect app on both my old phone and my new phone. Then use the Add Device feature in the app on the new phone to add the watch back in. It worked…

UPDATE (I can't edit the original). After dozens of attempts, the phone now sees the vivofit 4, but none of the pin numbers work, 0000, 1234, 0586 (which shows up on the watch when trying to sync). Are there any other number combinations I should try?

UPDATE: After a LOT of investigation, only one phone can be paired at a time.

I hope this works, because if I remove it from my old phone and the new one still cannot connect, my Vivofit 4 cannot sync to anything.

UPDATE: Unpaired from my old phone. Now the Vivofit 4 will not pair with any device (Windows 4 desktop, old Samsung Galaxy S8, new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. Watch is not much use now.

Hello! Are you trying to pair to the Bluetooth settings or the Connect App?
