Flashing screen

Vivofit4 - my screen is flashing and won't function after replacing batteries (only had 3 months). Please advise as should last 1yr on batteries and now won't even work.

Hello! Can you take the batteries out for 10 min then put them back in? Let me know if there is a difference.
