Not connecting

I have a vivofit 4 and it fails to connect with app it pairs yet fail at the end progress just 

Stop I'm not sure if there's anything I'm missing out , can anyone advice. 

    • I am suffering this same issue. It seems to be failing to reset from the previous account/connection. 
    • A hard reset does not fix like Garmin support has suggested. 
    • I don't know where to from here.....
