Vivoactive 4 crashing

Hello, anyone else having trouble with the vivoactive 4 crashing with activities? It happens often when i launch or save activies or even during them. It's pretty annoying

Yes.
Does it occur with a specific activity type?
I'm using Run and Strength. The issue is actual for both.
How often does this occur?
Every time when battery charge of my watches lower than 50% and activity is in progress.
Sometime it occurs without any activity, but always when the charge lower than 50%.
Which country do you reside in?
Watches was bought in Japan.
Do we have permission to access your Connect account?
