On my Vivoactive 4, I have logged into my Spotify account. I locate the playlist I want to add. It connects to wifi just fine and starts the download. It then gets a few percentage points done, at most, and then says sync failed. However it does download one or two songs each time. I have to sit here and click the "Update Downloads" repeatedly. It is EXTREMELY irritating and frustrating. It takes hours and hours across days of clicking the silly update button just to download a complete playlist for use.
Side note: same thing happened on my old vivoactive 3 music.
