You can't. The Vivoactive does not have that feature.
Although, perhaps there's a 3rd party IQ app in the store that can do multisport.
You cant get the multisport badge with the Vivoactive 4s

The rules state "Requires compatible device." The vivoactive 4 and 4s are not compatible devices.

I checked on Garmin's site to verify that the vivoactive 4s does not have the ability to record a multisport activity like some of the other devices can. Comparing to other devices such as the Forerunner 945 or fenix 6.
