Feature Request for Vivoactive 4/4s to sync and show the same step streak shown in Garmin Connect

I have a 191 days step goal streak, but the animation on the watch display has suddenly started over, so today it was 5 days goal streak. The streak is updated in the Garmin app, so I’m not sure why this has happened. Anymore tried the same?

I am having the same problem. My Vivosport resets randomly back to 0.I've had the watch since October 2019. It kept a proper account for a year, then when we reset the time on my iphone it reset to zero. I was up to 164 days and it just randomly reset to zero last week although I have met my goal every day. Along with this, some days after my watch has told me I have once again reached my goal, my phone congratulates me for reaching a much shorter goal.

I have the same problem. My streak is about 30 days, but my watch shows 5. Please add me to the case too.

I have the same problem - my previous 121 day streak is all that shows on my Vivo4 but the app shows my current streak at 171 days. Hoping Garmin can get a fix for this

I’ve lost the streak on my Watch but it’s still there in the app.

I’ve tried everything. I know it’s stupid, but I still feel cheated every Day

Hello, I have the same problem - App is showing my streak correctly as 276 days but watch has suddenly gone back and is showing 12 days. Please could you add me to the case too? Thank you!

I have the exact same issue since a week, watch shows a different step goal streak then the website

Please add me to the support case. Mine has lost track twice while the app still correctly identifies my 51 day streak.

Hey Amber.
Please add me to the case as well.

My watch (4S) is showing correct streak but the app is only showing 4 days (I walked +11500 on Sunday last week but Connect only says 9700 - it had stopped tracking at 2pm acc. to the graphs). The watch is also showing that there is a streak of at least 7 days. Was getting so close to setting a new personal best, so this is really really annoying.
