Les Mills - How to best track courses like CXWorx, Body Attack, Body Combat, Sh'Bam, BodyBalance, BodyPump...

I'm a big fan of the Les Mills courses.

I had the Vivoactive (and now the Fenix) but I still don't know what activity to select best to track these courses.

A well known smartwatch competitor offers these courses in their products, but I would like to stay at garmin for other reasons.

Any ideas how to track these courses best?

    I have a Fenix 7 and it seems you can customize the watch as you desire.
    Thus I have created a customized workout for Bodypump.
    Even if I don't count the reps, the basic information is already there.
    All based on lap button press

    Here is what it  looks like (hereunder).
    I know it is not completely exact, but at least I can record the workout durations
    with the pre-recorded weights.
    I can also adjust the reps afterwards if needed.

    Of course it was synched with the watch once saved.

    If someone as a list of the number of reps associated with the lesmillsondemand
    workouts, I will be glad to get it.

    If you have other ideas... ?
