Installation failed, not enough storage error but I can see storage is available

I tried to download a couple of new watch faces from Garmin IQ. Keep getting Installation failed, not enough storage error. Followed the directions to delete files and my device shows over 7 MB of free space but am still getting the error.

It should have much more free space, so time to use a PC to check the folders. Also there is a limit on the number of apps etc you can install, check if you are below the limit (32 max). You can see that in Garmin Express in the IQ apps tab using the storage icon at the top.
