Amazon Music won't download full playlist on Vivoactive 3 Music?

The Amazon Music app on my Vivoactive 3 Music (6.3 software update) has stopped downloading full playlists. For example, the Pop Culture playlist I use while running has 55 songs but is only downloading 14 of them. Deleting the playlist and re-downloading does not help. This is happening across multiple playlists. This is a relatively new problem (within the last few weeks) - anyone know what is going on or if there is a fix?
