Sensor Hub 6.64 Fix Information

All-

If you are still seeing 0.00 shown for any of your software versions after receiving the 6.64 Sensor Hub software update, please follow instructions below:

  1. Plug your vivoactive 3 into your computer.
    • If you are using a Mac, open the Finder app.
    • If you are using a Windows PC, open File Explorer.
  2. Double click on your watch that is showing as a removable drive.
  3. Double click on the folder labeled “Garmin”.
  4. Download the attached file (GUP2666_FORCE.GCD) to your computer.GUP2666_FORCE.GCD
  5. Drag and drop the (GUP2666_FORCE.GCD) file into the folder labeled RemoteSW.
  6. Safely remove your vivoactive 3 watch from your computer.
  7. Follow prompts on your watch to install updates.

Your watch should now show the correct software versions showing on your watch.

If your software now shows all of the current versions (nothing showing 0.00) and your watch is still not functioning correctly, please comment below and tag me.
