I have the Garmin Yoga app on my VA3, but don't find any instructions on how to use it. When I sync with Connect, there is a field in each Yoga activity for "number of positions". I would expect to have some way of at least marking the beginning of a new position on the watch, similar to beginning a new set in the "Strength" app, but I don't find any such possibility. The online VA3 manual has an extensive explanation of the Strength app, but the only instructions I found for Yoga don't work. If I select "Yoga" (step 2), there is nothing to "swipe up" (step 3). In particular, there are no "Workouts" (step 4).
I am running SW version 8.10. How is the yoga app intended to be used on the VA3? Where can I find the corresponding instructions?
