A triangle appears after charging over night!?

Why did a white triangle appeared on my Garmin vivo3 after overnight charging? It disappeared after a few seconds and all is normal now. But should I wory? It's the first time this happened and I usually do not charge every day, only when charge seems low (every 5-6 days). Thanks.

As a general rule, you should be OK. The triangle can appear when the watch crashes and if it happens at the wrong time, you could lose data. I've had my VA3 for years and I've only lost data 1 day when it hurt. That was a long time ago. Other times, the triangle turned out to be a non-event.

If it happened only once, I think it's probably just a minor glitch. I would only be concerned if it happens often.
