Heart Rate Monitor stopped working

My Heart Rate monitor on my Vivoactive 3 has stopped working and no green lights shining - Ive tried turning off and on to reset but no joy with that.

What can I do about this?

I have this same issue. I've turned it off and on (more than once) It didn't help. My HR Wrist monitor is in the on position. I tried turning the broadcast on.. .Nothing. No green sensor lights…

Go to settings then sensors and accessories and see if your heart rate broadcast has been shut off

Gone to settings but can’t find sensors?

Once you go into settings it is the fifth option available just under watch face

Thanks. Mine was turned off. Any reason why it turned off? I did not do it.

my heart rate monitor switched off too for some reason, it is all sorted now thanks
