Google maps or any maps on android

Hi, Can I see a map whilst running through a forest maybe. Is it possible or not possible. I’m new to Garmin so my knowledge is very limited. Can I download a OS map to my phone. A certain map not necessary the whole of the uk.

Google maps allows you to download offline maps. In terms of your vivoactive 3 have a look at the Garmin IQ app store, something like dw maps may do the trick.
