Blue Triangle only thing that shows

My V3 with music charged fully yesterday. Today it is a blank screen and when press the light/power button the blue triangle comes up stays for 10-15 seconds and then it goes black screen again. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Garmin sending a new charging cable but have tried my wife’s cable and it still does the same thing.

Do you have any Connect IQ watch faces installed?

Yes just the one that has always been on the watch since I set it up in May 2019

Hi 6439498, sorry I missed this response. Since Gsubuddha replied that it is the default watch face, then this is probably not the problem. I've seen on this forum where sometimes a Connect IQ watch face can cause these issues. Not sure if the replacement Garmin charging cable fixed the issue, since we have not heard back from the OP.

ok just wanted to see if there was an issue as mine is new and have a triangle and vibrates when i scroll to screen that shows a dark then slightly brighter triangle

If resetting the device and syncing with Garmin Express doesn't fix it, you should probably contact Garmin Support.
