Physical button

Hi, i just got a Va3 and the physical button sort of have a two level clicks to it? But it does not do anything for the first level click. Is it normal or there’s a product defective?

The first level click should lead you to a toggle between your watch face and the activities screen. A long push should take you to the control menu - the one with the battery icon in the middle.

My first click does not do anything, do i have to add any settings so that it will go to the activity screen?

You're saying that a short push does nothing. Does a long push take you to the control menu?

Is it possible your watch is in lock mode?

Locking and Unlocking the Touchscreen

You can lock the touchscreen to prevent inadvertent screen touches.

Hold the key.
Select .

The touchscreen locks and does not respond to touches until you unlock it.
Hold the key to unlock the touchscreen.

It's just the tactile feel of the button. It will get less noticable with use.
