How do I update Vivioactive HR software?

Didn't see option in Garmin Connect.

If you're having trouble updating with the Mobile app, try connecting your device to your computer and using Garmin Express.

Is there a way to force an update to the latest version? When looking under software versions on watch I'm not sure I see the version under "about". I see ID number, something about FCC version, then Advanced Heart Beat and Mac Address.

If you do what seliogramp says you will get all the updates that are available

I have mine set up and I always charge my watch thru the competition and Garmin Express
