I purchased my VA3 last Thursday and for the first few days everything was fine. But on Saturday 16th I tried to pair my watch with bluetooth HR chest strap. That's when the problems with HR from wrist started. Even when I went far away from chest strap, the readings from wrist were off/zero. After like one hour I tried soft reset (hold the button for 15 seconds), but to no avail. So I tried the hard reset (Resore defaults from the menu). It put my wrist HR back on, but VA3 stopped counting my floors. I thought, that I make something wrong while climbing the flight of stairs, so I followed all the recomendations, but even with that, my floor count was still zero (even after climbing more than 8 meters of elevation at once). In the end I found, that the readings from barometer are gone. So I tried to hard reset again yesterday (soft reset didn't do anything again). Well, after that the barometer worked again, but the HR was off instead (there was no single HR data from the whole last night). So this morning one last hard reset, that brought HR back again, but guess what - the barometer is gone again.
I also noticed, that on Saturday my VA3 got updated with SW ver. 7.0.0.0, but don't know if this might be the problem. I wonder if there is something wrong with the hardware or rather the software.
Has anyone experienced similar issue?
