Garmin Vivoactive 3 Firmware 7 Change log

I just got firmware 7 pushed. And I'm again getting IQ errors (crashed third party watch faces) when any of my widgets gets a GPS fix

Where can I find a change log for this firmware update? (Now up on top of the thread, thanks Garmin )

I think I have been able to prevent automatic firmware updates by disabling "automatic app updates" in the device settings in Garmin Connect Mobile.

However I could not disable device updates in…

he roll out does not seem to be progressing and when I got to Garmin Express to download it directly it is not available - I assume that the initial 20% had a major problem or Garmin's server's aren't functioning

In the past, seems like no more than 2-4 days. But there appears to be no progress in the percentage - which may be the way the new message board is working.
