Bluetooth constantly dropping

I'm having to restart both my phone and watch several times a day as the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, the phone is never far away. When I restart devices it will work fine but within a few hours I will get an error notification on my phone saying an error has occurred and I need to restart my device

  • Garmin!! Another customer like me complaining about it.

    Former Member, what mobile do you have?

    I'm wondering that can be something phone related, but Garmin shoud testing it.

  • I am having the same issue, every time I go into Garmin Connect I have to turn bluetooth off and on again to get the connect back to the watch.

    Sometimes this is even after 10 minutes
