Replacement strap loops?

Folks:

Does anyone know of a quality replacement strap loop for the VA3?

The one that came with my watch broke and I ordered some replacements from Amazon ... but they lack the little nub on the inside that keeps it in place. As a result the loop keeps sliding up & down.

Plus the material is not nearly as strong as the original (which is probably why they sell them in packages of 10).

Try contacting Garmin at [email protected].

When my watch’s strap loop broke, I did that and they sent me a new one for free.

I just got the replacement strap loop and it's great ... but they shipped it in a 6"x6"6x" box ... which surprised me. They could have thrown it in a #10 envelope and saved the shipping costs. I'm not going to complain, they sent it for free. :)

Garmin's pretty good with things like that. I tore the rubber cover for my speed sensor and looked online everywhere for a replacement. I couldn't find anything and email Garmin asking where I could find one. Two days later I had a free cover delivered to my house.
