No phone call notification after latest update

After FW update and Android phone app update the incoming call notification stopped working. I get the missed call message after that but no ongoing screen during the phone is ringing. If I uninstall there Android phone app update it start working back, but once the updated after installed again the call notification stops. I guess it's is some kind of presentation issue

In addition, if the screen is off and call received, no notification on watch, but if there screen is awake and the green and red answer reject are showing the watch displays call notification. Seems like issue with the call hook from the phone app to Garmin connect

It's a known issue, Garmin are looking at it.

Same here. I did downgrade Google Phone app to ver. 31.0.24... and phone call notifications started working again.

But, funny enough, if I scroll to my notifications widget while my phone is ringing I can see the ringing notification is there and I can select it and the call ringing screen comes up and I can accept or reject the call. Funny that. Hope it gets sorted soon, as I like using this in the car as I can't see my phone and I like to know if it's a call I want to answer or not (using handsfree of course!).

I'm a bit lost with the ver numbers! I only see versions like 4.19.1 1st June 2019 etc. I don't see anything like 31.0.24?

I contacted garmin chat support about that issue and they said that they will open ticket for the developers to fix in couple of days. Two weeks past since and no update ...

Hi Todd. It just randomly started working again a couple of months ago. I don't know why. I had reset, removed and reinstalled it a couple of times to no avail. I don't recall any software update at the time it started working again

I found the widget was turned off in the watch. Put it back on and perfect.
