Jabra headphones don't connect

Hello,
I just purchased a new jabra elite active 65t and when i tried to pair it to my vivoactive 3 music watch i was unsucsesfull.
The watch recognized the jabra headphones but failed to connect.
So at first i thought that there might be a problem with the headphones, so i tried to connect the headphones to my phone and it was sucssesfull.

i have the iphone airpod witch i can sucsesfully connect to them to the watch. only jabra didnt connect.

I know that if i want to connect now the headphones to the watch i must disconnect from the phone.

anyone else have that problem with the jabra headphones???

Hey. It's a software problem on Garmin's or Jabra's side. Had the same issue with V3M and now F5+. To resolve this issue, I go into music menu, then switch off "connect" to Jabras, then turn "connect" back on and try to connect. If that does not work, simply remove the headphones and pair again.

Shame, but this is what happens every time I want to connect to F5+. Jabras are very nice otherwise.

Recently mine are not being recognized at all. I tried re-pairing, and they do not show as a device to be paired with. Were you about to get yours working?

I have the same issue with my jabra elite active 65t and vivoactive 3 music and have to remove and pair again...not what I need on the way to my morning run ready to listen to my podcasts. Hopefully Garmin or Jabra will correct the issue with an update soon. Two good products that don't play well together without work.

I also have this problem connecting my V3M to my Jabra Elite Sport earbuds - there's no way to connect them. Oddly enough the heart rate sensor gets picked up, but that's it for connectivity and I don't care to have 2 separate HRMs. I've contacted support for both companies and gotten no response. Very frustrating.

I had success by selecting my music player on my vivoactive 3 music watch by swiping down, THEN opening the jabra elite active 65t case and removing the earbuds. They will automatically connect if they've been previously paired. This has worked flawlessly for several months.

I'm completely unable to even discover jabra elite 65ts with my watch....

Same, has anyone been able to resolve this issue? I have tried the guidance on the Garmin support page and it doesn't work for me and I have tried many times..
