The notifications are from your phone. I have an iPhone, so every time I receive any notification within the notification center, it is reflected on my VA3M. To reduce this number, I went into my iphone notification settings and pretty much turned off all notifications except the important ones, like my security cameras, etc. Now I only get a few a day.
