Flip watch face?

I'm allergic to the metal button. I want to try wearing the watch flipped around so that the button is nearest the top of my hand instead of toward my elbow, but I can't find a setting anywhere to do that.

Switching it from "right hand" orientation to "left hand" doesn't change a thing as far as the watch face orientation goes.

Am I going to have to download the SDK and Eclipse and learn how to make my own watch face so that I can flip it the other orientation? I'm so confused.

If you wear it on the right wrist, the button will be on your elbow's side.

Hi Kara,

I just took my watch off charge and now the face is upside down. Why did this happen?

The only fix I can think of is to take the band off and put it back on in the opposite orientation.

I had to go into my actual device (Where you sync it) to find orientation on my iPhone.

I powered the watch off (hold button 3 sec, select power I/O) then press button 3 sec to turn back on. Worked for me

Here are instructions for how to flip over the watch face. I had trouble following the instructions provided so far, so I thought a recording of how to get to them may be helpful. Recording attached, and here’s a recap: Connect smartphone app > device icon (top just to right of center) > tap device > device settings > Orientation > select the one you want.

Reply to Garmin-Kara. Yes there is a way to flip it: Settings/System and finally select Orientation and Button on Right, or Left as wanted
