Abnormal heart rate alerting randomly

Hi,

I got Vivoactive 3 Music just a couple of days ago. Everything was fine but now the Abnormal Heart Rate alert has started to go on at random. It does this at least once in 30minutes and I can see that there has been a spike on the HR. This is starting to get annoying and I have to turn off the feature because of this.

I have tried to reboot the clock but it did nothing.

Has anyone had similar problems?

Is it accurate though? Your HR was above threshold but you were sitting still?

I was sitting still and my heart rate was normal so the watch's HR was not accurate.

This is not the problem since the watch worked just fine how I weared it but then started to report abnormal heart rates.

But I got it working, for now, by resetting the whole watch to factory defaults. Hopefully it is now going to work.

I have a Vivoactive 4s, and it started acting up recently which is very annoying. I can confirm my heart rate was not high when it went off.

I just had this happen. Walking around at the time. Felt my pulse immediately. It was perfectly normal at about 75 bpm. Vivoactive 3 watch recorded over 170bpm. Is there a delay between recording and reporting?
