How to disable "phone battery low" notifications

I know this is a very old threat but have you been able to ever resolve this?

The notification is on the watch and not on the phone. I have all push notifications disabled in the Connect app anyway.

That's interesting, because the notification was on my watch too, also a Vivoactive 3. It kept telling my on the watch that my phone battery was low, so I changed the settings on the push notifications to switch this particular one to off (had to do it separately to the other push notifications), and now it has stopped this annoying notification in my watch.

I just went and bought a new Garmin, haha 

Perhaps it's a VA3 specific issue, who knows. I don't get the notifications on my new Garmin (Venu 2S).
