wont see notification from telegram x

Greetings!
do not work notifications on the watch from the telegram x
phone samsung galaxy note 8 android OREO (but found on any android phone)
watch vivoactive 3 and fenix 5x
all system notifications are included
All notifications with Gamrin connect are also included
notifications from other programs come, for android wear watches all notifications also work.

How to be?
